This was Mayci's second time at the Box Elder County Fair and parade. Last year she was just a little tiny girl, and the sirens at the parade scared her to death. Not this year though!! She was really hesitant to leave the comfort of her dad to venture out and get some candy. I think towards the end she actually picked 'one' piece up all by herself!! We hit the fair Thursday night, and it was the perfect time to go. Hardly anyone was there! Usually it's so jam packed that you can't even walk. I think we chose the best night:) We took Mayci on a couple of rides. She's probably going to love rollercoasters just like her dad. I on the other hand can't handle them anymore....darn;) She only went on the merry-go-round and the huge slide. Maybe next year we can get her on more. Oh, and of course we grabbed a delicious fair burger while we were there...FABULOUS!!!!
