Oh, how I love Christmas!! Having a little one makes it all the more fun. Our Christmas had a span of 3 days because it took
Mayci that long to open her presents. She'd open one or two and then be done because she wanted to play with them. I kind of actually liked the span. Christmas seems to be gone in the blink of an eye, and I hate that. Fortunately for us, that didn't happen:) We started Christmas morning at our house with my mom. We had scones and bacon for breakfast. We have that every year with my mom, super yummy:) In the afternoon we went out to my dads. We were lucky enough to get to share Christmas with my Grandma Flint this year. I love being surrounded by family, especially at Christmas time.
Mayci might just be a little
baller when she grows up. She LOVES basketball. Santa must have known this and brought her a basketball hoop. That's all she wanted to do Christmas morning. She'd climb on a box, make a hoop and then do it repeatedly. Another thing she got that she absolutely loves is a 4-wheeler. She gets on that thing and drives like crazy. We knew she'd love that because she loves ours. We can barely keep her off of the thing when it's good weather. Now she has her very own.....until she outgrows it:( I just love all the memories we've made this holiday season. Can't wait until we can make some more next year.

Mayci's Christmas

Stocking

It did come with handles. Mayci just couldn't wait for them to get assembled before she jumped right on:)

Dan was in charge of the camera for this shot. He got me a camera bag which I was so desperately in need of. Apparently the box was more important to get a picture of:) At least you can see my excitement.

After she had opened her 4-wheeler, she opened her mega blocks truck. Apparently she thought this could be ridden as well.......silly girl;)

Sibling gifts. Darren drew my name. What a dork, gotta love him.

Not sure why, but I love this picture.
